My AC was intermittently blowing cool air and then warm air. Tyler knew exactly what to look for and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes. He didn’t try to upsell me on parts or service I didn’t need. He was honest, good at his job AND HE SHOWED UP. The cost was more than fair. I signed up for their VIP service and will use Altman’s on a continuous basis.

I called Altman’s on a Monday, and he quoted the price over the phone and said he could do the job that Wednesday. His employees came early Wednesday morning. About 5 minutes after they arrived, Mr. Altman came and made sure everyone understood exactly what was needed. The job was completed in less than 1.5 hours and at the price quoted. I highly recommend this company.

Had my scheduled maintenance done today. My technician, Mark M., was very professional and did a thorough system cleaning and diagnostic check. Mine needed refrigerant, and after he added it, the air coming through the vent was noticeably cooler. I was extremely satisfied with the service today and highly recommend Altman’s!
